In Store Return Policy

Seven Point does not accept returns on accessories or opened cannabis products. In the event of an unopened product return, Seven Point requires the customer to have the receipt accompanied by the unopened product with the government seal still intact on the container. Returns are to be made within fourteen days from the receipt date.

COVID 19 Returns

During the pandemic Seven Point will not be accepting any returns on product purchased online or in store. We ask that you save your receipt and product for a full refund or exchange once the state of emergency has ended. Thank you for your patience and continued support.
